Condolences to family, friends of People’s Artist of Belarus Viktor Chernobayev

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has expressed sincere condolences to the family and friends of People’s Artist of Belarus Viktor Chernobayev.

“His life and creative path is a bright example of service to Belarusian culture,” the message of condolences reads.

Aleksandr Lukashenko remarked that Viktor Chernobayev, whose life was fully dedicated to music, made a huge contribution to the enrichment of Belarusian spiritual values.

“May his blessed memory live forever in our hearts,” the President stressed.
