Condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has expressed condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin over the tragedy in Ryazan Oblast.

“It is with deep sorrow that the Belarusian people have learned the news about the accident at a gunpowder and chemicals plant in Ryazan Oblast. On behalf of the people of the Republic of Belarus and myself I express sincere condolences to Vladimir Vladimirovich [Putin] and the families and friends of the victims,” the message of condolences reads.
