Condolences to President of Russia’s Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has expressed condolences to President of Russia’s Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov over plane crash victims.

“It is with deep pain that I have learned the news about the deadly crash of a plane with parachutists on board in Menzelinsk District of Tatarstan. In this hour of grief I express sincere condolences to the families and friends of the victims. I also wish a speedy recovery to the injured,” the message of condolences reads.
