Condolences to President of Iran Ebrahim Raisi

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has expressed condolences to President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ebrahim Raisi over a massive loss of life as a result of a series of explosions during the mourning events in Kerman.

“It is with deep pain and sorrow that Belarus has learned the news about a massive loss of life as a result of series of explosions during the mourning events in Kerman,” the message of condolences reads. “The Republic of Belarus resolutely condemns any manifestations of extremism and terrorism. What happened in Kerman is a crime which violates peace and security not only in Iran, but also in the entire region.”

On behalf of the Belarusian people and himself the Belarusian head of state expressed condolences to the families of the victims, wished a speedy recovery to the injured. He also addressed words of support to the President of Iran and the people of this country.
