Semyon Shapiro appointed member of the Council of the Republic

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has appointed Chairman of the Grodno Oblast Executive Committee Semyon Shapiro member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the Fifth Convocation. The head of state signed the relevant decree on 18 October.
