Selskaya Gazeta newspaper celebrates 95th anniversary
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent
greetings to the editorial staff of the Selskaya Gazeta newspaper (Belaruskaya
Niva) which celebrates its 95th anniversary.
“For many years your newspaper has highlighted the best practices and promising projects in the agricultural industry, provided interesting materials about the revival of Belarusian villages,” the message of greetings reads. It includes honest and objective articles about the history of developing Belarus’ agribusiness and the latest achievements of the industry and demonstrates sincere respect for farmers.
The head of state expressed confidence that the editorial staff will continue reporting on the life in various regions of Belarus and protecting the interests of agricultural workers.
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished the editorial staff and the newspaper’s authors inspiration, interesting publications, more readers, and new achievements for the benefit of Belarus.
