Working trips to Belarusian regions

On 2 August 2002 Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko continued his trips to the regions to examine harvesting progress. He got familiar with the fieldwork in Minsk District, Pukhovichi District, Slutsk District, Kopyl District and Soligorsk District of Minsk Oblast and several districts of Gomel Oblast.

The head of state visited the Kolenskoye agricultural enterprise in Zhitkovichi District where he was briefed on the harvesting campaign which was nearing completion in the region. The president spoke with local specialists about agricultural industry prospects of Gomel Oblast.
