Working trip to Brest Oblast

On 9 April 1997 Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko made a working trip to Kobrin District and Pinsk District, Brest Oblast. The head of state visited Gorodishche Furniture Factory of the Pinskdrev association where he examined the company’s operation and talked to workers.

The head of state also visited the Osnezhitsky agricultural company where locals were waiting for an opportunity to talk to the president. Aleksandr Lukashenko addressed the audience, answered their questions, emphasizing that only selfless work of each person was the key to the successful development of the state.
