Aleksandr Lukashenko extends professional day greetings to trade industry

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulated the workers and veterans of the Belarusian trade industry on their professional holiday - the Day of Trade Industry Workers.

“Trade occupies an important place in the life of the society, ensuring the stability of economic ties, the availability of goods, and the comfort of millions of people. Much depends on your professionalism, responsibility, and attentive attitude toward customers, including the level of service, the expansion of production of goods, and the stable operation of the consumer market,” the congratulatory message states.

Aleksandr Lukashenko noted that the trade industry is experiencing rapid growth, driven by the rollout of new technologies and equipment, alongside ongoing enhancements in service culture and customer service benchmarks. “However, the friendliness, professional competence, and dedication to their work that distinguish trade workers remain unchanged,” the president emphasized.

The head of state expressed gratitude to everyone who, through their daily work, contributes to the development of the industry and the country’s economic potential. He wished trade industry workers good health, peace, and new professional achievements.
