Greetings on Civil Aviation Worker’s Day

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended greetings as Belarus marks the Civil Aviation Worker’s Day and the 90th anniversary of the national civil aviation.

“The Belarusian aviation industry today is a perfectly organized structure, which has a great scientific and technical potential, is constantly improving and solving serious multifaceted tasks. The country’s aviation transports passengers and cargoes, air harbors operate. Modern production sites have been set up to provide maintenance and repair services to any Soviet, Russian and foreign aircraft,” the message of greetings reads.

The head of state pointed out that all this was made possible thanks to the high qualifications of the industry's workers – highly-qualified specialists with a great passion for the sky and their profession. The President addressed special words of gratitude to the veterans: “Your experience and aspiration for new things have made it possible to realize the most daring projects”.

“I am convinced that everything will be done to make sure that ambitious plans to develop civil aviation in the country come true and Belarusian-made airplanes take to the skies as soon as possible,” Aleksandr Lukashenko emphasized.

The President wished strong health, wellbeing and happiness to workers and veterans of the national civil aviation and their loved ones.
