Greetings to Hungary President Janos Ader

    Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to Hungary President Janos Ader as the country celebrates St. Stephen's Day.

    The head of state expressed hope that the cooperation between Minsk and Budapest should be vigorously developing and enhancing in the best interests of the two nations.

    “One of the promising avenues of cooperation can be the protection of traditional family values. Taking into account Belarus’ corresponding substantial experience, I express readiness to expand the dialogue in this field, including within the framework of international organizations,” the President stressed.

    Aleksandr Lukashenko has also sent a message of greetings to Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban. “In the recent period our countries have had to withstand serious tests. However, I am convinced that we will have enough tenacity, wisdom and perseverance to overcome existing difficulties,” the message of greetings reads.

    The head of state thanked Hungary for many-year support which was especially important in these hard times. “I hope that the friendly relations between people, constructive dialogue preserved by Minsk and Budapest will contribute to the development of mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation in various fields,” Aleksandr Lukashenko remarked.
