Greetings to President Thongloun Sisoulith of Laos

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended congratulations to President Thongloun Sisoulith and the people of the Lao People's Democratic Republic as the country celebrates the National Day.

Despite the current problems and crises, Belarus is well aware of the friendly attitude of the leadership and people of Laos, the interest in expanding ties between the two countries, the head of state noted.

"I reaffirm Minsk's commitment to intensifying cooperation with Vientiane, increasing trade in engineering products and food, stepping up ties in education and tourism," the President stressed.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Thongloun Sisoulith good health, the fulfillment of all plans and undertakings, and well-being and prosperity to the country's citizens.
