Greetings to Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland as the country celebrates Queen’s Birthday.

“Your reign is an example of care of people, true commitment to state interests and selfless service to the Fatherland. Thanks to your efforts the United Kingdom is developing and progressing steadily,” the message of greetings reads.

The head of state emphasized that Belarus and the United Kingdom have always been committed to peace, security, mutually beneficial cooperation and just word order. “These values remain the unshakable priority of bilateral relations today when the two states are doing their best to protect people’s health and fight for sustainable economic development,” the Belarusian leader noted.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Queen Elizabeth II good health and many returns of the day. He also wished the people of the United Kingdom peace and solidarity.
