Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulates swimmer Ihar Boki on winning Paralympic gold

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated swimmer Ihar Boki on winning a gold medal at the 16th Summer Paralympics in Tokyo.

“Entire Belarus was looking forward to this medal. I am glad that the first final in Tokyo was victorious for you. Having shown will and great skill, you have achieved outstanding success to become a 12-time champion of the Paralympic Games,” reads the congratulatory message.

The head of state wished the swimmer new successes on the waterways of the Japanese capital.
