Greetings to Yauheni Zalaty on winning silver at 2024 Paris Olympics

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Yauheni Zalaty, a member of the national rowing team, on winning a silver medal during the Olympic Games in Paris.

Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed: “By demonstrating will, cool-headedness, and enviable tactical mastery, you continued the glorious victorious traditions of domestic rowing and filled hearts of Belarusian fans with joy and pride. I think this Olympic success has become a genuine gift in honor of the birth of a son. We heartily congratulate you on that as well.”

The President wished strong health, happiness, and wellbeing in the family to Yauheni Zalaty. “I am convinced that new sport peaks await you in the future,” the Belarusian leader noted.
