Aleksandr Lukashenko promotes two colonels to general ranks

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed decrees on awarding military and special titles.

Colonel Aleksandr Bas was promoted to the rank of Major General.

Police Colonel Aleksandr Shepelev was promoted to the rank of Major General of Police.
