Talks with Ukraine President Leonid Kuchma

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko held talks with Ukraine President Leonid Kuchma, who paid a visit to Minsk, on 11 December 1998. The leaders of the two countries discussed the development of trade and economic interaction and regional cooperation.

After the talks, the presidents signed an agreement on economic cooperation in 1999-2008. After the signing ceremony, the heads of state met with mass media representatives.
