Order of Francysk Skaryna bestowed upon People's Artist of Russia Filipp Kirkorov

Under the decree of President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko of 18 May, People's Artist of the Russian Federation Filipp Kirkorov has been awarded the Order of Francysk Skaryna for a big contribution to the strengthening of Belarus-Russia cultural ties.
