Oleg Slizhevsky to sign Belarus-RSA extradition agreement

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved a draft agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of South Africa on extradition as a basis for further talks. Justice Minister Oleg Slizhevsky has been authorized to sign the document if the agreement is reached within the scope of the approved draft.
