Belarus, United States preparing agreement on air communication

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved a draft intergovernmental agreement with the United States on air communication as a basis for further talks. The head of state signed the appropriate decree on 3 November.

The Transport and Communications Ministry has been authorized to hold the talks and sign the agreement.
