Lukashenko off to Russia on working visit
President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko left for the Russian Federation for a working visit on 11 February.
In a telephone call President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin invited Aleksandr Lukashenko to visit Sochi and get familiar with the preparations for the 2014 Olympic Games.
The Belarusian head of state is planning to take a tour of the sports and other facilities, attend international competitions, and hold a number of working meetings. Aleksandr Lukashenko will combine the working visit with a short-term vacation in Sochi.
