Ivan Tertel appointed President’s Authorized Representative for Vitebsk Oblast

    Chairman of the State Control Committee Ivan Tertel has been appointed head of state’s authorized representative for Vitebsk Oblast. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed the corresponding executive order on 4 August.
