Head of Azerbaijan Supreme Attestation Commission awarded medal of Francysk Skaryna

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko presented the medal of Francysk Skaryna to Arif Mehdiyev, Chairman of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of Azerbaijan, in recognition of his big personal contribution to the strengthening of friendship and cooperation between Belarus and Azerbaijan, implementation of joint humanitarian projects. The head of state signed the corresponding decree on 4 September.
