Grigory Rapota relieved of post of State Secretary of Union State, Dmitry Mezentsev appointed

On 19 March, Chairman of the Supreme State Council of the Union State, President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Resolution No. 1 “On the State Secretary of the Union State” where he relieved Grigory Rapota of the post of the State Secretary of the Union State and appointed Dmitry Mezentsev instead.

On 19 March, the head of state also signed Directive No. 1 to officially commend Grigory Rapota for a big contribution to the development of the Union State.
