Greetings to Tsitovich National Academic Folk Chorus

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to the members of the Tsitovich National Academic Folk Chorus which celebrates its 65^th anniversary.

The head of state remarked that over the years of work the chorus has played a significant role in the development of the national culture. “Talented singers have promoted the Belarusian song to the new heights of professional mastery, preserved its originality and color,” the message of greetings reads.

“Thanks to your productive efforts to restore and popularize the folk art legacy, many generations of listeners have been made familiar with the best samples of the Belarusian folk art, felt the depth and emotional richness of these songs,” Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed.
