Greetings to participants and guests of 26th Minsk International Book Fair

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to the participants and guests of the 26^th Minsk International Book Fair and the 5^th International Symposium of Litterateurs Writer and Time.

“For many years this forum has been a significant cultural event in the life of Belarus. It brought together famous publicists, writers and publishers from all over the world, strengthened professional and business ties between them. Book publishing remains a trademark of our country, it connects the country’s rich historical past and the eagerness of contemporary people to preserve and enrich the cultural legacy of the previous generations,” the message of greetings reads.

The President expressed confidence that this event will help promote books as the foundation of education and spiritual development, look for new ideas and mutually beneficial contacts in the humanitarian field.
