Greetings to Olympic bronze medalist in men’s high jump Maksim Nedasekau

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings member of the Belarusian national athletics team Maksim Nedasekau who won a bronze medal in the men’s high jump at the Olympic Games in Tokyo.

“You are the first Belarusian high jumper to stand on the Olympic podium, you have opened a new page in the history of Belarusian athletics. As a true athlete and a patriot, you have convincingly proved that you must always believe in your strengths and fight for the honor of your flag till the very end to be a success,” the message of greetings reads.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Maksim Nedasekau, his family and those who help him reach the Olympic heights strong health, every success and new scintillating victories.
