Gorodok to host Dazhynki festival in 2014
The nationwide harvest festival Dazhynki 2014 will be held in the second half of September in the town of Gorodok and Gorodok District, Vitebsk Oblast.
The corresponding executive order was signed by Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko on 13 September.
An organizing committee led by Deputy Premier Mikhail Rusy was set up to hold the festival.
The organizing committee was instructed to pass a program of preparation and conduct of the festival within a two-month period.
