Draft agreement on EurAsEC court presence in Belarus approved

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved a draft agreement between the Belarus government and the Eurasian Economic Community on terms of the presence of the EurAsEC Court in Belarus as the basis for further talks. The head of state signed the relevant decree on 3 December.

Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei has been authorized to hold the negotiations and sign the agreement.

The agreement will be applied pro tempore as of the signing date and till it comes into force.
