Decree No. 438 of 4 September 2014
On 4 September Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 438 to institute official heraldic symbols of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus.
The document has been adopted for the sake of preserving and developing historical traditions of the general jurisdiction system of courts, raising the prestige of the profession of judges, and improving the operation of courts.
The decree approved the emblem, the flag and the Supreme Court’s lapel badge For Dedication to Justice. The relevant regulations were approved.
