President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Ordinance No. 3 "On Some Issues of Publishing and Entering into Force of Legal Documents of the Republic of Belarus" and Decree No. 106 " On Introducing Amendments and Additions to a Number of Decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus " on 24 February.
