Commentary to Ordinance No. 1 of 9 April 2020
On 9 April, Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Ordinance No. 1 to harmonize a number of effective ordinances of the head of state with the innovations in the law on the improvement of labor relations as of 18 July 2019.
Previous ordinances have been revised taking into account the amendments which introduced to the Labor Code by this law, for instance, because of the inclusion of provisions on contractual work.
