Commentary to Decree No. 94 of 22 February 2012

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 94 "On Conferring Civil Service Ranks" on 22 February.

The document envisages changes in the order of conferment of civil service ranks on people who take civil service for the first time. In line with the decree, the civil service rank is conferred on them not later than in a month after the appointment.

This measure will help raise salaries and the level of protection of employees, making civil service more attractive both for young specialists and for people with huge working experience.
