Commentary to Decree No. 59 "On Some Measures to Upgrade Protected Natural Territories"
The President of the Republic of Belarus signed No. 59 "On Some Measures to Upgrade Protected Natural Territories".
The document aims to implement the national program to upgrade protected natural territories for 2008-2014.
In line with the decree, the Berezina biosphere reserve, national parks Belovezhskaya Pushcha, Braslavskiye Ozera, Pripyatsky, and Narochansky will be rebuilt.
The Decree is a legal basis for the organization of work and the improvement of mechanisms of territorial management in the national and international arena.
