Commentary to Decree No. 353 of 17 July 2014

President of the signed Decree No. 353 “Concerning the addition and amendment to Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 262 of 9 July on 17 July. The document aims to improve legislation which regulates the operation of free economic zones and is connected with ’ membership in the Customs Union and the Single Economic Space.

In line with the decree, starting from 2014 will not compile lists of import substitution goods that are manufactured using the preferential regime of free economic zones and are supplied to the domestic market.

In line with Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 109 of 24 February 2012 the list of substitution goods will be terminated on 1 January 2017.
