Commentary to Decree No. 313 of 11 July 2012

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed Decree No. 313 "On Some Issues of Consumer Waste Disposal".

The Decree is aimed at improving the ecological situation in the country and creating a modern system of consumer waste disposal.
