Commentary to Decree No. 259 of 11 June 2012
President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 259 "On Introducing Amendments to Decree No. 373 of 7 August 2007".
Under the Decree, the Urbany customs clearance office on the Belarusian-Latvian border is included in the list of customs clearance offices, through which alcohol and tobacco products eligible for excise marking are imported to the customs territory of the Customs Union or exported from this territory.
