Commentary to Decree No. 176 of 16 April 2012
On 16 April President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 176 "On Introducing Amendments and Additions to Decree No. 277 of 28 April 2006 of the President of the Republic of Belarus".
The document aims to improve legislation in the area of the functioning of the equity market, enhance state regulation of activities on the equity market. The decree broadens the list to those who can get confidential information about depositors.
