Commentary to Decree No. 157 of 5 April 2012
On 5 April the Belarusian head of state, Aleksandr Lukashenko, signed Decree No. 157 "On Introducing Amendments and Additions to a Number of Decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus on the Work with Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities".
The Decree aims to harmonize legal framework with the Law "On the Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities".
The document also introduces amendments to Decree No. 498 of 15 October 2007 "On Additional Measures Relating to the Work with Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities".
