Commentary to Decree No. 125 of 13 April 2020

President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 125 to introduce
amendments to Decree No. 40 of 7 February 2019 “On the public
procurement of medical devices, medications and therapeutic food” on 13
April.
In accordance with the document, spare parts and (or) expendable materials necessary for the repairs of high-tech expensive medical equipment can be obtained from one source. The organizer of centralized purchases has been authorized to purchase these materials from one source for the needs of several customers upon the agreement with the Healthcare Ministry.
In line with the decree, the organizer of the public procurement procedure has been authorized to buy medical products in Q4 of the year prior to the financial year.
