Commentary to Decree No. 113 of 27 February

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 113 "On Some Issues of Establishment and Operation of Holding Companies and National Associations of the Industry Ministry" on 27 February.

The document aims to facilitate the foundation of holding companies on the basis of the Industry Ministry enterprises and the creation of conditions for the effective work of these companies.
