Belarus, Russia to sign agreement on oil export duties

    President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved a draft protocol of the intergovernmental agreement between Belarus and Russia concerning the prolongation of the agreement of 9 December 2010 on the order of payment of export customs duties (other equivalent duties, taxes and levies) collected when raw oil and certain categories of oil products are exported from the Republic of Belarus beyond the territory of the Customs Union as a basis for further talks.

    Chairman of the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus, member of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission Sergei Rumas has been authorized to hold the negotiations and sign the document.
