Belarus, Russia to sign agreement on military and technical cooperation till 2020

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved the draft intergovernmental agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation on the implementation of the military and technical cooperation program between Belarus and Russia till 2020 as a basis for further talks. Chairman of the State Military-Industrial Committee Sergei Gurulev has been authorized to sign the document.
