Belarus President signs decree on cooperation with Russia in GLONASS use

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed a decree approving a draft intergovernmental agreement between Belarus and Russia on cooperation in the use and development of the Russian Global Navigation Satellite System (GLONASS) as a basis to hold the relative negotiations.

Chairman of the State Military Industry Committee Sergei Gurulev has been authorized to hold the negotiations and sign the document if the parties agree.
