Belarus, Moldova mark 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated President of the Republic of Moldova Nicolae Timofti on the 20^th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Belarus and Moldova.

Aleksandr Lukashenko said that during this period the countries went a difficult way towards the development of statehood, strengthen of sovereignty and independence.

“Belarus-Moldova cooperation, which has always been based on mutual respect, trust and understanding, expanded a lot. I am confident that joint efforts will help us reach a brand-new level in bilateral relations,” the Belarusian President stressed.
