Belarus, China to ink agreement on cooperation mechanisms in technical, economic aid projects

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved the draft agreement between the Belarusian government and the Chinese government on mechanisms of bilateral cooperation for implementing technical and economic aid projects as the basis for negotiations. The approval has also been granted to the protocol on defining the terms and notions the agreement uses. Aleksandr Lukashenko signed the relevant decree on 16 January.

The Economy Ministry has been authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft agreement and the draft protocol and to sign them.
