Belarus Alexander sends condolences over deadly flood in North Korea

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has expressed condolences to First Chairman of the National Defense Commission of North Korea Kim Jong-un, relatives and friends of the victims of the flood caused by Typhoon Bolaven.
