Aleksandr Lukashenko sends greetings to newly-elected China President Xi Jinping

    President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to newly-elected President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping.

    “I am convinced that under your wise leadership the goals to reform the economy and the country’s social life set forth at the 18th session of the Communist Party of China will be fulfilled. And Great China will continue developing dynamically and strengthening its authority in the international arena,” the Belarusian head of state stressed.

    Aleksandr Lukashenko noted that Xi Jinping’s praise of the Belarusian-Chinese relations given during his visit to Belarus in March 2010 is confirmed by productive joint efforts to promote interaction in all areas.

    “I am confident that your unflagging assistance based on constructive top-level dialogue, mutual trust and interest will help us implement large-scale investment projects and raise bilateral ties to a brand-new level making them an example of interstate relations in the 21st century,” the Belarusian President remarked.

    Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Xi Jinping every success in his work as President for the benefit of the Chinese people and friendly Belarus-China relations. He also invited Xi Jinping to visit Belarus in the nearest future.
