Aleksandr Lukashenko sends condolences to Laos President over plane crash victims 

On behalf of the Belarusian people and on behalf of himself President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended condolences to Laos President ChoummalySayasone, families and friends of the victims of the Lao Airlines plane crash near the town of Pakse.
