Aleksandr Lukashenko sends condolences over plane crash in Kazakhstan

On behalf of the Belarusian people and on behalf of himself President Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed condolences to President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, relatives and friends of the victims of the plane crash in South Kazakhstan Province.
